The farm set in 18 acres,  is in a  quiet village  with wonderful views to the Quantock hills.  The market town of Taunton is 12 miles away and it is just 5 miles to the interesting town of Wiveliscombe, with its multi-award winning Cotleigh Brewery! The coast is 6 miles to the north where you can visit the little port of Watchet, explore the beautiful coastline or go fossil hunting at Kilve and East Quantoxhead.

The area is ideal for keen walkers as there are two long distance footpaths here ; the newly opened Coleridge Way is just a mile away and the West Deane Way passes through the village.  There are many other footpaths and bridleways starting  in the village which are ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside.
